Will the Eureka App be compatible with my smartphone?

The Eureka App has been developed to be compatible with devices equipped with the latest versions of Android or iOS S.O. and tested on the most popular smartphone models.

Given the continuous evolution of these operating systems and the introduction of new models on the market, some devices may be not fully supported; nevertheless, our Tech Team will be happy to investigate any potential issue… please send an e-mail to support@eureka-automotive.it

Is the Eureka App free of charge for the User? Should I have to accept third-party advertising?

Currently, the App can be used by the End-User completely free of charge.

No advertising platform is included in the software; messages and data can be exchanged with the Car Dealer/Service Center indicated by the User, to provide the diagnostic services and promote commercial initiatives reserved to the User.

Can I use the Eureka App without the OBD device and/or without authorizing any data exchange with a specific Service Center?

Yes, but without an OBD device and/or the ability to exchange data with a reference Service Center, many of the features provided by the software can’t be enabled, including those related to diagnostics and vehicle health checks.

If I deleted the App from my phone or I change it with a new one, could I recover my data?

Yes, just log in with your last valid credentials, data stored on the Eureka server will be synchronized automatically on the mobile device.

All data can be permanently removed upon User request, sending an email to: eureka-automotive@pec.it.

Eureka reserves the right to delete data related to a specific account if it has not been used/accessed for more than 6 months.
