Eureka Automotive at Nada Show 2024

This is my 10th NADA conference.  As usual, I’m bringing home time lapsed to think, moments of fun, new relationships, and some news. And, as usual, with more than 50 km walked between the booths. This is the 1st I’ve attended to with an “Exposer’s Badge”.  Wasn’t from my company name.  Maybe in the next future I’ll have my own company badge as Exposer. Read more about to find out why.

I’ve been mystery shopping some booths that are engaged with OBDII environment. It’s great news been acknowledged that  we have no competition also in the US market. No one in fact is capable to provide a service for the dealers as we do.

For example, I’ve found a company that provides a GPS tracking for owner’s fleet and has to do with the OBDII environment just for the battery level and health status. They obviously track the GPS position of the vehicle and their devices are equipped with an individual SIM; this are all issues we want to be away from, either for customers’ privacy reasons and to prevent battery consumption for those customers that don’t drive their vehicles daily or for long milage range.

They don’t provide any remote diagnostic to anyone (neither the fleet owner nor the service provider of mechanical issues that the fleet owner has as preferred one). Prices are between 50$ and 150$ per month each vehicle.

Another one is fully concentrated on Used Car reconditioning process as being aware of the exact trouble code before starting reconditioning is key to remain in the budget and not losing money in Used Vehicles sales floor.   So is a B2B application that has no interaction with the end user and the technical staff of the dealership in charge of manage fixing ops.

The third is very similar to the previous one but drives the business with different shades of service and price.  Starting from 50$ a month for 500 scans to the 999$ a year for the unlimited scans contract with remote support to help fixing the vehicle’s trouble.  This “competitor” also is plenty focused on pre-owned vehicle reconditioning process.

So, resuming, we can state we are the one and only company providing our customers a customized service of relationship between the dealers and their own customers.   More to come with enhanced level  of optional:

  • Direct FREE push messaging features with unlimited messages
  • ADIS (Aftersales Detailed Information System) to drive customer relationship between the check in and check out of the vehicle.
  • FREE integration with each and every CRM via ZapierMail protocol.
  • Vehicle buy back assistant integrated with EuroTax and Infocar for domestic market (select vehicles to buy back starting from emissions levels, milage, make and model with direct message to the owner stating customized pricing to generate proper high value leads).
  • ADIS will also include and EVHC (Electronic Vehicle Health Check) report in order to stare at critical points (Red, Yellow and Green light) in order to properly follow up
  • EVHC will be also a proper tool to manage Used Cars Vehicles reconditioning report either before the recond and after it;   we are working to have a short url link to post the report after recond in the announcement of the VDP (Vehicle Details Page) in order to upgrade the value of Dealers’ Inventory
